I Wanted a better sound system in my car and I came across Big Boy Toyz. This was one of the best decisions I could have ever made ! The owner was kind and knew his stuff ! We discussed my options and less than a week later, they installed my brand new sound system, which sounds amazing btw. Not to mention I was able to get it with no money down ! I highly recommend ! Had some issues putting a double din media player in my escalade called Jeremiah and he was on point in getting everything running correctly he called with an appointment I brought to him the vehicle on the agreed time and date he went straight to work on it this means alot as a customer means he stands behind his work and for all of u who say he is rude need to sit back and think if u had a revolving door of customers who all feel like their car should come first and try to rush things constantly u would be snappy as well my experience was amazing and I look forward to working with big boyz toys to help upgrade my escalade over the next few weeks keep up the great work !

The owner is very unprofessional!!! They sold me a radio that he stated was a bad radio. He tried to say....I didn't buy the radio from them. Then he said I did buy it. Then....he stated they didn't put the radio in my car.......this is not a good place to get anything done to your car.
