I wouldn't live there even if you paid me! Tonya insisted that I come in and look at their apartments. I went there today,to be treated horribly. I told her on the telephone,the day before,that I needed a apartment on May 27. She told me today that they didn't have any apartments at that time. Why in the world did she insist that I come in and look at their apartments? It was very cold today,and said I shouldn't have come in. Why did she hold the door to let me come in? She then asked me to leave. I said, I wouldn't live there anyway! This person should not be in charge of anything! Today proved to me that it is hard to find good help nowadays.

We currently live here and love it! It is a fairly laid back and quiet community but there are still events to get involved in! We moved from Louisville to here and it was a very smooth transition from the apartment aspect and the staff has always been extremely nice and accommodating to our needs. The balcony is also amazing, I thankfully back up to the woods and have a wonderful view of the trees and love to drink my coffee outside. I love that my dogs are welcome in the community as well, it is difficult to find nice apartments with all they have to offer and we plan to live here for a while!
You can hear your neighbors do everything, even if they are behaving normal. But they mostly do their best to act terrible like listening to loud music at 3am on Tuesdays, place a running car with a broken muffler in front of the bedrooms for example at 4.30am making you think there is a helicopter meeting and letting their dogs fight outside at 11pm and inside 24/7. They should offer calm housings for ppl w/o dogs or kids driving normal cars. ugh, I hated this place.
Beautiful grounds, garden and pool. Modern living space. Helpful and friendly management. Love it here so far.
The new property management has been greatly increasing rent during lease renewal as well as offering different short term lease options then reneging once you exercise an option due to arbitrary reasons, only allowing for the most expensive leasing option. Management will get as much money out of their tenants as possible. Another negative is parking is limited and often you will have none available close to your residency. Once you look at the price compared to similar apartments in the Florence area you will realize that you are paying 200-300 more a month in rent than market rate.
