My nurse was great!! And they are on good timing with their appointments you don't have to wait and I had to have blood work done and I hate needles but my nurse made sure that I was comfortable.

Had appointment set, would not honor it
I went over there to get a updated shot record in South Carolina letter head for my kid to get admission in a school, when we moved here from Illinois. Lady at the information centre named Vicky was very nice and helpful. I submitted the vaccination details. She mentioned to come over next day to colllect th document. She was kind enough to call me back within an hour to inform me about it and asked me to get the vaccine done immediately and provide the details so that she can process the approval at the earliest.
