Nice prices and value. Good selection; couches and chairs especially; not great if you’re looking for 100% hardwood tables, but I like the 3-year warranty they gave, it’s 10% of what the cost of your purchase is. If you don’t use it at all during the 3 year term, it’s given back to you as a store credit! Kinda cool! It also helps that their stuff is in stock, unlike other furniture stores that have to order your purchase. It’s especially nice to pick up your things the same day you purchase, instead of waiting 2-3 months at other chain furniture stores (i.e. Ashley’s, Aaron’s, etc.).

This store has been around for a very long time. I have not been in so long I can't remember when I last went in. I have small children. I wanted to purchase some new furniture for not so expensive a price. I figured this would be the best place to go. I went in and they have a lot of great deals and sales. The only part that I find misleading is that they advertise that no credit is needed or required but almost every option that they offer your credit is assessed. I do find that a little misleading. I do admit also that they have a lot of great furniture options really attractive Furniture pieces and some very Innovative New pieces or furniture. I left without purchasing anything but do plan to go back in the near future.
Excellent customer service. Scored just what I was looking for a price way lower than expected. Saved me the hassle of store hopping. Definitely will go back next time i am in market for furniture.
I love this furniture store. They have good prices and great customer service. Over the years I have bought my living room furniture, recliners and two new bedroom sets from them. I have been 100% satisfied with the quality of my furniture.
Sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. I was most impressed with her patience and willingness to allow me time to make my decision. I would continue to recommend Kimbrell's Furniture and it's staff.
