I just want to start this off by saying the sales people are great. With that being said nothing else about this company (Pulte) is good. They rarely release lots, and when they actually do, its only 2 or 3 at a time. They are intentionally manipulating the supply and demand so that they can rip people off by charging ridiculous prices for their lots. Steer clear of this builder!

We were very comfortable with the process knowing we had Joey on our side. The work on the home is great, and was fairly priced.
