Very pleased with their speed and responsiveness to my questions! Also, free diagnosis is a big deal on an older machine, to figure out whether it's worth repairing. As it turned out I didn't need to shop for a new one, but they have a nice selection of used machines with a 1-year warranty.

Great place to get deals on quality computers and accessories. They knock service out of the park too, have fixed my phone a few times and multiple iPad screens too. Highly recommend. I will be heading there soon for a new MacBook too!
