Wow wow wow.. Extra Extra read all about it! This monastery is extremely beautiful the churches are breath taking. Ive never seen such a place in my life. God's presence is here. I thank God that this place exists this monastery has helped so many people in the world by providing us guidance to come closer to God. I thank all the Monks and the elders who help us dear God to come closer to you.. I also wanted to mention the bookstore at the monastery is a wonderful place.

I came for a photo shoot with my fiancé and everyone I encountered seemed welcoming and friendly. If you're looking to visit make sure to cover yourself modestly. Skirt to ankles, closed toe shoes, long sleeves and wear a scarf or hair covering of some type. If you don't have the proper garments they will lend you some before you enter. The property is insanely beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. It's definitely a must see if you're in the area. I wasn't expecting the attire requirements. I had my blue jacket to cover my shoulders and arms and a hair scarf but was given the yellow skirt and a button up blouse to wear over my dress. Sleeves must be full length. My dress came below my knees but not to my ankles, my sleeves were 3/4. Make sure to fully cover if you do not wish to wear borrowed clothing. :)

Really wanted to see this beautiful place, so many wonderful reviews. Was looking forward to having a very peaceful Spiritual experience. A friend of mine passing through stopped in and he was chased off the grounds because he has a dog and a boat. Even though there is plenty of room in the parking lot they would not allow him to come in. We still don’t know why dogs or boats are not allowed on the property. So if you have dogs or boats, best not to Waste your gas or time attempting to visit. The God I know is expansive, infinite and loving of all things.

A wonderful experience with gracious people who made you feel sol welcome. The surroundings were beautiful and serene, To sit in one of the many beautiful places and meditate was well worth the trip from Green Valley. Thank you to those who made this experience possible.

I found this place to be very strange. Strange being that this has a name of being one of God however, I felt it to be quite controlling and not warm or inviting to me. People were somewhat different. I have been in Mosques Temples of all kinds. Missions and ancient churches. This place did not have the same welcoming warmth.
