Technician arrived on time and diagnosed the issue with my kenmore dishwasher not draining. Since it was an installation issue he could not repair but he walked me thru how to install a high loop in drain hose. He checked out my dishwasher for any other potential issues as a courtesy. Thank you! Saved me from replacing dishwasher.

Okay. The technician was courteous, but it turns out that another technician who came in a few weeks later to install the part ordered during this first visit shared that I probably should not have accepted service from the first technician because he is with Dish. The first tech ordered a part for my refrigerator (at a cost of 136), and it turns out the part should have been free. I think the first tech meant no harm, but in the future, I know not to accept service (preventive maintenance) from anyone other than a Sears or A&E technician.
My experience with this company has been terrible. Tech came out and diagnosed the problem (the compressor on my LG refrigerator) promise to return on that Saturday, never showed up not heard anything from him or the company.
