Update........... We have got our new Polaris 570 Ranger. The guys Donnie and Eric did a awesome job at getting us what we wanted. So these guys get 5 stars. Thank you We drove 2 hours to get there because a guy named Nick Hall because he posted on market place. He wouldn't respond to message sent to him. Then when we got there they wouldn't let you in due to the covid 19. When we got there the one he posted that we was going to buy they didn't have any. After the post got read by a guy named Eric he contacted us and he apologized for the trouble of everything. So after talking to Eric we will give them a four star in place of the 3 stars. And if they follow up with us when they get one in like they said we will give them a 5 stars review. The guy Nick not so much.

Blake and George are two of the most responsive and conscientious managers with which I have had the pleasure of interacting. Initially, my experience with Shoals Outdoor service department was questionable, at best. However, once I voiced the details of my experience to these gentlemen, they reacted as though the business was their own and I was their only customer. I won't go into the lengthy details, but these fellows have made my and my family's experience with Shoals Outdoor sports, better than I could have hoped. I am exceptionally pleased with their professionalism, communication, customer service, and level of accountability. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I wish every business expressed the level of personal priority and involvement for every customer that these professionals have shown me. I highly recommend Shoals Outdoor for either Sales or Service to anyone looking for a great experience purchasing or servicing their outdoor vehicles. I’m not the one to get on here and down a company at all but I’ve had enough of it!!! Just cost me 75 to get there mess up fixed. If you want your stuff to get fixed and fixed right I highly recommend you DO NOT take it to Shoals Outdoor Sports in Florence they are a joke!! They will put blades on upside down.!! I’m lucky it didn’t mess my deck up on my mower.. 2000 is what my deck would cost. Just a heads up they wouldn’t fix mine so I had to go to Neal’s tire in center star!!! Shoals outdoor sports is a joke not good business at all!!!

Great customer service. Great response times. Amazing overall experience. Well worth the almost 5hr round trip to use these guys!! Grant was extremely friendly, helpful and communication was on point. Will recommend everyone to you guys!!

Just trying to figure out why they will not open when other businesses are open. We came to get a few items and it’s just difficult to shop completely over the phone when you are a first time owner. We would have bought our boat locally, but couldn’t do a test run and really couldn’t get our questions answered because the salesman would only talk on the phone. If you know what you are looking for and have expertise in the area, I’m sure you will be fine. But first time buyers might consider elsewhere.
