Showed up same day I called. Very prompt, courteous, and did not try to sell me anything other than what needed fixed. Rates were lower than 3 other companies I contacted as well and were very reasonable. AC is running great now and only took 30 minutes of my time to meet with service man. Five Stars - Highly Recommend!

I definitely would not recommend this company . I had thought about taking them to small claims court. Our experience with this company was beyond bad. They came to my house 5 times. I had to call after each visit to beg them to come out again because my ac still wasn't working. They not only did not fix it but rigged it. Overcharged the system and was burning up my compressor. Told me to go elsewhere when i called again calling them out on wanting to charge me again for part number 5 to be installed. I found a new company that knows how to fix air conditioners. Difference was unbelievable. First visit too!!! Don't use this company!!!
Mike and Wes from Tri-Star arrived right on time. They had a repair estimate for me within a few minutes with a very fair price. Much less than another local company I considered using. They completed the repair quickly and got us up and running. They were genuine and honest guys. The kind you want to call for all of your HVAC needs. Highly recommended.

In November of 2012, my furnace started making a strange noise. After several recommendations and hearing good things, I decided to call Tri Star Heating and Cooling. They listen to my concerns, were very understanding and came to my home promptly. After doing an in depth inspection of my furnace. They walked me through their concerns and educated me. We came to a conclusion together a new furnace was in order. They understood my budget concerns and gave me multiple options to help me make the right choice for my home. Once my wife and I made a choice they were prompt on getting the new system installed. Everyone involved in the entire process was knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. The installation process was very smooth. The individuals that did the install came and worked very efficiently. After the installation was complete, they removed the old furnace and left our home very clean and better than they found it. I can say with 100% certainty, I would recommend this company to family, friends, and anyone looking for a professional company with integrity. Tri Star Heating and Cooling is the best HVAC company in Northern Kentucky in my personal opinion.
