Bought a 20x25 shed with 10 ft lean to. Guys came to build it in site. Half material was missing had to wait another 4 days. Chose the 90 days same as cash and was told there was no late payoff penalty. Was contacted 06/18/20 to set up payments. Turns out After 90 days price turns into full contract term whichever you choose. Price would double from approximately 7,000 to 15,000. Don’t trust what is told to you, read contract with fine tooth comb. Lesson learned, read full contract. Payoff in 90 days or else. I will be paying off in 90 days! Will post pictures later. Workmanship is acceptable at best.

Turned our shed in on time and in good condition with extras. They still reported to credit bureau that we owed 750. Avoid this place.
I first came to Leland's to purchase my husband a garage. I spoke to Felix and he helped me design the building, from how many windows I would want/need and the placement of the doors. Not a whole month went by and someone called me ready to install (I was told 6 weeks) Just in time for Valentines Day.6 months later I bought another. I will continue to call on them for my storage needs.
