They dont help with nothing and the sales people dont explain everything right. They leave out vital information, that when you get the bill alot yas changed or will change. Like all sprint plans coming in are only good for 14 months then your bill goes up

Since the one in Key Largo has been taken away, we have been to this store several times. I have loved coming to this store due to the incredible staff and ease of access for my account information when needed. I highly recommend this service provider to anyone and brag about the amazing service I receive. Will be a long time customer for sure.
Don't have sprint stupid
I've been trying to get my photos from my company's switched over all I get are stories they tell me it's gonna It's so much then it actually ends up at least 3 times more they've lost all the paperwork just The Worst experience you could have I'm still try to deal with all the different information does give it to me from corporate at their store if I try to transfer anything or do anything Their customer service tells you one thing but your build is completely different to work he spoke with them about they lost all my rebates they didn't pay off my previous phone Carrier it's affecting my credit no 1 seems to care they say they're going to try I'm hoping it works out But I don't have much comforts don't recommend this company to anyone

Horrible place . Told the rep many times i wasnt interested in a lease and wanted th pay to own plan. Paperwork was swapped out and I was fooled into signing a contract for a phone lease. Also i said i need to confirm that all lines have insurance and was told yes none are covered under leases. Why would I want to lease a phone. Watch out they are all scammers here trying to get you into the contract that will make them look better to corporate. Go to the sprint store off exit 2. This place and people are garbage.
