The Security thinks it's her job to be nasty and turn people away. They do not answer the phone. All I ask for was a D renewal form that I was told over the phone that they had and would give me one. I had nothing but problem with the west palm department of agriculture. I had them tell me in the past that my stamp was not legible, I want to Miami office and they took it no problem.

Made appt on dec 3 2020 , earliest was jan 8 2021. ( Drove up from Dade ) Covid requires appts . Yes it is inconvenient , yes security needs lessons in congeniality. But we arrived at 8:20 for a 8:30 appt for CCW and were done by 8:35. Everyone was courteous professional and efficient. I wish all government services performed as efficient. Seems we need to rethink this free-for-all no appointment required approach if we want fast and efficient service when our turn finally comes. I applaud all those working in that small room .

I call them about 10 times this morning and I didn’t get no response all 10 times I couldn’t believe it I mean the prompt says press one if you choose to set up an appointment on the phone and still didn’t get a response i mean is there anyone working today well this morning smh \u200d️
