The eye exam itself went very well and the optomologist they have are good at what they do. My complaints are with the customer service. My most recent visit there I had to wait an extremely long time and the secretary was busy caring for her daughter instead of caring for clients. When I called months later to order more contacts no one answered the phone and I called more than four times. I tried again the next day and got the same results. A week later I called back again and someone did pick up the phone, but informed me he was new and therefore could not help me and told me I should call back tomorrow. Long story short, the doctors are great, but everyone else who works in the office need to brush up on their customer service skills. If you do choose to go to this location make sure you have patience.

What an enjoyable experience from the moment I walked in until I left. The doctor and the staff were top notch!! EVERY business should be run on the same model! Great job!!!
not sure if you are giving Sears a bad name or the other way around. the eye exam went well. the problem was the the fitting person that sells the lens. Santos this guy should retire, no sense of urgency or business part of the working world. No control of the room where the people were waiting. I waited an 45 minutes and finally had to leave. I have the prescription though, so I guess I can go now and get glasses. To bad for the business. Not sure who was in charge of the office they were in the back.
I was warned about this place and I choose it because It was the only eyecare office close to my office. I had my appointment one month ago and nobody has called me and I have been calling every day leaving a voice message almost everyday but noone return my calls. This is unacceptable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. PLEASE DONT GO.
FRUSTRATING IMPRESSION! I called several times but nobody answered the phone. Now, I'm looking for another real professional eyecares.
