I set a appointment for 9am for a oil change; I got there at my appointment time. I didn't get seen until 18 min after i got there. Once they took my key for my car. I walked into the lobby all the seat are taken so there's nowhere to sit. I waited over 2hrs 40min for a oil change that i scheduled an appointment for. I believe that's way to long especially when your standing 30 min before someone leaves.
