The process with Flow Cadillac in Winston-Salem was ultimately perfect! Walter and Dave were awesome. I knew I wanted the vehicle when Walter came to my home for a test drive I instantly was in love! I would do business with them again and again! I left the dealership better than what I come there thanks to Dave as far so numbers! Thank you fellas

I had scheduled an appointment to get a service for my Cadillac. Once I learned my car was no longer under warranty I kindly let the service department know I would be taking my car elsewhere as the dealership tends to be overpriced. The guy who was helping me got quiet and would no longer speak to me or make eye contact. He shut my door and went behind his desk. I let him know I needed my key and he said it’s in the car and again would not look at me. I said thank you have a good day and left with no response. I’ve worked with this member of the service team two other times and he has always been kind. Unsure why he was so upset I decided to leave but I won’t be going back.
