While the service on my car is very good and the inside of the dealership is very nice, I do have an issue with being asked to sit outside on a wall because I can’t wear a mask. I do understand that the dealership has the right to ask me not to remain inside but what I was offered was in my opinion not good customer service. Also mind you I bought my car during peak of Covid and they had no problem with me being inside with no mask when they wanted my money.

I had been looking or a Hyundai Palisade on either SEL Premium or Limited Trims. As the vehicle is a hot item and is quickly sold few days after they are on the lot, it's a bit of hit and miss every time I inquired from various dealers. What stands out with this dealership, through the professionalism of Mr. Richard BerryHill is that, they are not just keen on selling cars, but also, they ensure that they have established a relationship with their potential clients. With all the dealers I have communicated to regarding my search, it was only Richard who had accommodated me in a way that looked into my needs/requirements and focus on that. My wife and I were in the market for a 2021 Palisade, and to be honest Flow was not even on our RADAR, but after being lied to at Lake Norman Hyundai and ignored at Modern Hyundai we gave flow a shot. Upon walking onto the dealership we knew this was a different kind of dealership. We were greeted and asked how they could help, when we informed them we were gathering information on the Palisade, they pointed them out to us and said if we had any questions to let them know. This was the first and only dealership that did not stalk us the entire time and let us look and gather information on our own. We asked for some particulars on one model and they explained them and asked if we wanted to test drive it. Again, unlike the other dealerships they let us test drive ourselves and did not tag along. Upon returning they asked if we had any questions and would we like to work some numbers. We told them we were not buying that day, which was fine by them. The were absolutely genuine and zero pressure. We went back and forth and we feel our trade in was fairly appraised and we got a great deal from them. In fact, our trade in was valued higher than other dealerships had appraised it and they gave us a great discount to boot. Lake Norman Hyundai had told us for the same car we would have to pay them minimum 2,000 OVER sticker. The next day after sleeping on it we went to Flow and did the paperwork to purchase a 2021 Palisade Limited. Flow has made a customer for life!
