I've gotten to know the BrockLegal team (Ruth, Clint, Heather and Cindy) professionally over the last 4.5 years. After referring several coworkers to them for real estate legal help (to which my coworkers were very satisfied with the results), my wife and I decided to employ them to help update our Comprehensive Estate Plan. While I hope we don't have to actually utilize our estate planning docs for many years, we felt it very important to have a solid plan in place...and we are confident with the results. Now we can be much more at ease while doing the fun stuff in life like bungee jumping, skydiving and hang-gliding! We definitely made Clint work for his fee, but he revised our Wills until we were satisfied. The \signing ceremony\ was actually fun. My wife and I (well, mostly I) love to question just about everything, but Clint was so thorough and concise that I don't recall having many questions to ask. Medical Directive/Power of Attorney docs are powerful, thus important to get right (based on your individual desires). We appreciated how Clint outlined some pros and cons to each option we had to choose from. We both felt it was like chatting with a friend, rather than consulting with an attorney. We really enjoyed working with Clint, and we are pleased with the result of our Estate Planning exercise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BrockLegal to my friends and family. Ruth, Clint, Heather and Cindy run a classy operation.
