Always friendly staff and honest about what your car needs to operate at the best possible performance. I always experience spectacular customer service, especially at this location. You do have to pay for that awesome warranty, but with the quality parts and labor, I believe it is absolutely worth it! I travel all over the country and the warranty is honored at other locations as well. I have had to use it once before and it didn't cost me anything at all for that in-warranty repair.

After an unexpected breakdown and urgent need for recovery, I found Christian Brothers on 407 using Google search and compared their customer rating to several other establishments in the area. Google was showing they rank tops in their market and it turns out for good reason. I was pleased to find they are absolutely top notch customer service oriented from the moment I walked into the front office to the point when I picked up my truck at the completion of the work being done. Brian in particular was spectacular in his focus on getting me the answers I needed and a speedy recovery of my truck. He was very good in helping me understand the mechanical issue I'd experienced and then the options going forward. I've been to many auto repair shops (including major dealerships) in my day and I can honestly say, this establishment and the folks working there are the best I've come across. Going forward I won't take my truck anywhere else. Great job guys!
I was very impressed with Christian Brothers. They were friendly, they completed my maintenance in a very timely fashion, the facility was clean and comfortable, and I thought the pricing was fair. I also love that they give you text updates through your repair and that they give you an online report for the complimentary inspection. I also appreciate that they were not pushy at all about “suggested maintenance” found via the complimentary inspection. Not know did I experience them interacting with me, but with other customers, and they seem to treat everyone with the same respect. I will definitely use them again!
Really appreciate the 100% honesty, integrity and kindness that is on display at Christian Brothers Flower Mound. The text message communication system is convenient and easy to use. Will definitely be back again!
