A friend who is a professional pet sitter had recommended Dr. Lock to me, and I am forever grateful. I brought my 17-year-old cat in for an exam because she has lost a lot of weight, and I was completely blown away by the level of service and attentiveness from the entire staff. Dr. Lock took time to talk to me at length after the exam, offering me her insights and recommendations, and patiently answering all my questions. She also called personally the next day to review the results of the blood work. Another staff member gave me very clear and detailed instructions for how to administer various treatments and was very compassionate when she saw that I was anxious. Dr. Lock also sent me several informative articles after our phone conversation, so I would have a better idea of the issues my cat might be dealing with and could make an informed decision for her care. I really cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lock and her entire team. I wish every doctor--whether for humans or animals--was this good!

Very quick and easy to schedule an appointment with desired Veterinarian. Phone call was quick and to the point with all relevant information. Waited not even 5 minutes despite the tedious Covid protocol. Appointment took about 25 minutes. Everyone employed there I have seen has a genuine love for pets. Very transparent about anything your pet needs. Most importantly, they have your pet’s best interest in mind. They will definitely keep my business. The techs are great , and Dr. Lock is absolutely prodigious.

Social Distancing Champs at work here! CTAMC has always taken wonderful care of all of our animals and continues to do so amidst the current pandemic. They have taken precautions that protect all of us while allowing themselves to still be able to serve the animal's best interests.

Spikey doesn't like going to the vet or the groomer! Dr. Harvey sits right down on the floor with him and he climbs on to his lap. And he likes their treats :) We are very happy we take him there.
