I wish i could give this company negative stars. On multiple occasions the same driver has almost cost me and my unborn child our life. He is extremely dangerous and should not be out on the road!! Is this really a company you want to work with that would have no regard for the lives they are putting at risk?! Something needs to be done about it. I am reporting it to US TX dot amongst others so that this will be put to a stop! There is absolutely nothing ok with what this driver is doing. I've also reported it to corporate.

Don't be fooled, this address its wrong... 550 Lakeside Parkway it's correct indeed. The place you want to be its in the opposite side of the massive over 1M square feet building. Go south on Garden Ridge Rd 1/4 mile. You will see the end of the building with a big sign HD Supply in the roof (check pictures ) I took me 15 or so knocking doors to figure it out. You'll thank me for it...

Worst customer service ever! You ask to speak to a supervisor they still put you on the phone with someone else (Solutions Department) as if it isn't bad enough that they sent you a case of toilet tissue instead a case of doggie bags like you ordered. I've had way too many miss picks and deliveries not sent on time I am so done with them. Goodbye HD! Hello Maintenance Supply!
