Kathy and Amy were the best. Customer service was excellent. They made the process so easy and affordable. I look forward to our new mailbox and so thankful for them. During this time it is difficult and they made feel better and take my worries away about our mailbox that was destroyed. We even have a \borrowed\ mailbox for free while we wait for ours to be made and installed.

We are very displeased and dissatified. First we were advise we have to purchase this product by Copper Sculpture because our HOA insists we own one. This is in itself is not true. Next we wanted a locking mail box and were again told we could not have it because our HOA insists we not have one. Finally we insisted on a locking mailbox to insure our mail is always secure and not stolen. We had to pay extra for this item and were than told it would cost another 150.00 to have this entire unit delivered to our address. Instead we had our daughter pick it up on her way home from college and we gave the 150.00 to our daughter for her college education. The final result is we still do not have what we ordered and this unit has no locking feature that was prepaid. I trust Copper Sculptures will be professional enough to take this standard unit back, refund my money, selling it to the next person requesting a mailbox who is part of this same HOA. In this manner no one loses. Thank you.

Copper Sculptures was so easy to work with. I simply gave them an idea of the type of mailbox I wanted and they helped create the most beautiful, unique mailbox I've seen to date. They constructed a copper mailbox with a beautiful 3 leaf flame gas light on top of the mailbox, then gave it a turquoise (patina) finish. Simply the most gorgeous creation! Took about 3-4 weeks for them to construct and I could stop by the shop anytime, since they are located off Lakeland Drive. Highly recommend them for your copper creation needs.
