Had a business trip from Dickinson ND to Casper Wyoming. On the way back, in negative temps most of the day, my pickup's air bag system must have gotten some water in the lines. This prevented the pump from airing up the suspension and I was riding on the axels... rough ride. I stopped at 2 other places asking if anybody had a large heater I could get under my pickup for a few minutes. No dice! Then I stopped at Floyds and they got me right in and fired up their big forced air heater to thaw out my air system. Back on the road in 30 minutes at no charge. The gals at the front were super nice and the mechanics in the shop were super helpful. Huge thank you to everyone there! I will probably stop in just to say hi on the next trip!

I'm sorry that I have to give them any stars to leave a review I recently made the mistake of taking a trailer I recently sold to them for a abs diagnosis The technician identified the problem as a bad wheel sensor and estimated it would take about a hour to repair or replace it at 140 a hour I figured two hours 300 .00 would cover it the diagnosis was free and I supplied the wheel sensor 450 dollars later the new owner of the of the trailer picked it up and took it home ,the next day he brought it back to the shop with the same problem they charged him another 350 to tell him the control valve was bad so the free diagnosis cost 800 and the problem still wasn't repair ed I'm a independent owner operator with a diesel certificate from the gillette campus and 15 years experience in the trucking business here in gillette and this is a great example of why I've never been more than a parts customer at hacks/ Floyd's I wouldn't let them tune a lawnmower for me! Just a quick update someone from Floyd's responded said they'd look into it and get back to me ...... nothing yet 4 months and counting
