We visit Bake Culture when we are craving for Taiwanese pastries. The decor is bright, clean but narrow-spaced. Their product line-up is various with decent price. We were there for their pineapple bun but they ran out that day but the Purple Sweet Potato Bread caught my eye. I am a super fan of fillings made from root veggies like sweet potato, Ube, taro... etc so I bought it without hesitation. The purple Sweet Potato Bread was delicious with creamy & rich sweet potato filling. The layer was thin but different from my expectation, I thought it would be chewy like mochi.

Come in to pick up a cake for the kids. Was surprised that they still had a selection of fresh moon cakes. I usually get egg tarts but decided to get the German puddings as a snack. Was delicious. Came in at 2pm and they were still bringing in fresh baked items.

Once I came too late in the day and they were all out of those buns I've seen all over IG. Came here one morning and lo and behold! So cute! And they have a toaster so you can request to have anything heated up like we did. The mini almond croissant was my fave!

I really like this bakery. Wide selection of breads. And the pineapple cake is to die for. So yummy.

If I could I’d give 0 star ! This is the first time I bought the red bean salted egg cake from this bakery. My goodness it’s hard as hell and it tastes like being left for over a week !! 3.75 each. Such a waste !! Don’t try it. Not sure if other bakery are leftovers too.

Very good bakery with baking done on the premises. Cakes are great. Very innovative with their pastries. I love the staff. Never a disappointment.

I purchased several times here and bill was alway higher than I calculated. Later I found out that store charged me sales tax on breads. Please take a good look at your bill carefully this store charges sales taxes on breads (no taxes on breads). Told them several times but employee told me the owner ask to charge taxes (never try to correct).

Fluffly and tasty baked items with many varieties to choose from. Good quality flour is the key to the growing list of customers. This is their second location with the first location in Chinatown, NYC. Comparable to the other chain bakery with multiple locations throughout Flushing and Manhattan with a French theme. :-)
