Poor service. Bubble tea ok. Order number 8P2-4345. 2/23 7:19pm There are other bubble tea places around and I just cross this place by accident. This is my first time trying out. There were 2 ladies talking to each other and no one around. I ordered a standard bubble tea. No “Thank you” after I paid. The other lady went back to make my tea. I stepped aside. I saw the second lady came back with the bubble tea and just left on the table and went back to talk to other lady again. I saw no one was waiting and I asked her is that mine? She said yes. I am not going to drink it here while I ordered some take out for my home and some grocery to buy. I asked her for a bag to carry the tea. I have been in the customer service for a long time. Shouldnt you thanks someone when they paid? For the second lady, shouldn’t you call out the order number when you done on what you prepared instead just leave by the table? Shouldnt you ask if someone needs a bag? Many food services stay open at this pandemic because of good customer service. Good luck.

everytime I get boba in Chinatown the service is kind of shit I’m for Vegas and the hospitality is so much better here. Maybe it’s a New York thing who knows. Drink pretty good but small and pricey compared to ones here in Vegas (I would of given a better tip if they at least seemed to care) just a small tip
If anyone likes smoothie or mix-flavored tea, that may be an option to try for once week.
