No words are enough to express how thankful I am for the amazing service GreenEx Cleanouts has provided to me. I have been living in hell inside a cluttered apartment for probably 7 years. I could barely walk from room to room. It was BAD. I was ashamed, humiliated and too embarrassed to ask for help. Year after year I thought I could do this myself… but, I couldn’t. I was severely depressed and overwhelmed. Any time my doorbell rang, I was crippled with anxiety. To be completely honest, there was a time in my life where I would have rather taken my own life than have anyone see my apartment. It impacted every single aspect of my life - work, relationships, friendships, family, etc. When my electricity went out due to my broken refrigerator I was trying to repair, I was forced to get a hotel room for 2 nights - that was when I finally realized I needed to ask for help. When I called Frank, I was a complete mess. He made me feel at ease and assured me that everything would be okay. The next day, he came to assess the apartment and was able to get my electricity back on! The day after that, the cleanup began. I was SO SCARED of being judged, but the team was so understanding and after about 10 minutes, I felt completely at ease. They were SO FAST and efficient, I was in complete awe. The next day, (despite a massive snowstorm), the team came back to do a deep clean of the apartment. I made a list of things to keep, but the team went above and beyond and found things of value to put aside that I didn’t even realize I had. If I had known that this living nightmare of 7 years could have been resolved in less than 2 days, I would have called much sooner. I can not stress this enough - if you are struggling, scared, anxious… just make the call. You will not regret it. It is the first step to your new life. These men are doing God’s work - and I cannot thank them enough. I have my life back.

GreenEx Cleanouts & its crew are the best in the business. I've used this company twice & wouldn't use anyone else. Everyone, including owner Frank, is thoroughly professional & reliable. They are punctual, fast, neat & clean. The final cost both times was identical to the estimate. Considering the difficulty of the jobs they do the cost is most reasonable.

Great experience with GreenEx to empty out a house and basement full of a lifetime of decades-old furniture and belongings -- everything you can imagine, from bedframes and dressers down to emptying kitchen cabinets and removing curtains. GreenEx provided a competitive quote compared to other local providers and bottom line, they were actually LESS expensive and did more than the others would've. GreenEx also went above and beyond what we were expecting with the deep-clean component. The team arrived on time and worked incredibly efficiently; there's no way we could've done half of what they did in the time they took for the entire cleanout process. They were great. Time is money and what you'll spend for this service is -- without hesitation -- worth what you'll save in time, mental exhaustion, and probably a sprained limb or two if you were to try to move stuff yourself (or with the help of your family).
