Awful. Don't live here if you're under retirement age. Incompetent brokers. Co-op board that still lives in 1995 and hasn't embraced technology yet. Worst process ever (have lived in two co-ops previously) and didn't realize until papers were signed. Most neighbors are fine, but you get a lot of bored retirees that have nothing better to do but complain about microscopic matters. Thankful for Husband's new job offer on West Coast or else we might still be living here.

The person who wrote the review named Ben L is a disgruntled former owner. He is also a liar as far as saying that the management only serves white people. Approximately 35% of the co-op is of Asian decent and the rest is of mixed ethnicity. As far as Elise, she follows the rules and is a true professional. She is an employee of the Management company, not the Co-op. My guess is he probably tried to pay her off and she didn't accept it. Even the board is diverse. No two members are of the same ethnic background. If I were the board, or Elise, I would sue him for slander. I have lived here for over 25 yrs. It is a friendly, clean, safe and family friendly place to live. There are rules yes. You must follow them. That is what keeps this place a nice place to live.
