I paid for a 8 days tour to Greece and Santorini, travel date on 5/15/2020. Owing to the Covid-19, I have to cancel the trip on march. They said I will be refund 100%. However, I have not receive a check until now. They keep telling me a stupid excuse that the office is still close. I lose my patient.
Got a great deal going to China with my family last month. It was a great experience. Everything went well as per the itinerary. The travel agents are courteous. No complaints. Will go for other tour with them in the future.
Service is good. Price is fantastic! They have a lot of tours going to different countries. I tried their Europe and China tours. Both ended up better than expected.
Worst Trip Ever!! I would never traveled again with Nexus Holidays. You get what you pay for. The first hotel in Beijing was horrible. It was supposed to be 3 or 4 stars. The line for breakfast never ended and forget about finding a table to have your breakfast. The breakfast quality at the first hotel was C class. They had two buses for the entire trip going together. The reason we paid less money for the trip because they take you to different places every single day to buy stuff like Silk, Jade, Emerald. We spent more time in those shops than actual sightseeing. What is pathetic is that the tour guide made up stories about themselves to get you buy the stuff at these shops. What we discovered is that the story that was told by our tour guide was the exact story was told on the other bus. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star.
