The man who picked up the phone call is underbred. I called and tried to make reservation for tomorrow morning. In the beginning there’s nobody spoke until I said hello. And I asked nicely “can I reserve a car for tomorrow morning “ He said give me the address. I asked the pick up address? “Address! The address where you wanna go! Don’t you call for a car?! You don’t understand?” I said “can you just be nice?” He said “I’m nice!(Absolutely Not) what are you talking about?.....” Really want to have a talk with the manager or whoever in charge of this business. That’s the worst service I’ve met.

I don’t even want to give a star. The service is really bad. The smell on the car is strange. I asked the driver to open the window but he refused because he didn't like the sound of the wind. After getting off the car, he asked for an extra 10 dollars. Because I ride with my friends, our home is really near and on the same road. When we asked the driver to stop at my home and drive to my friend‘s home, he didn't say anything about paying extra money. So I called the company for an explanation. The person who answers the phone said everyone knew it was 10, no matter how close. But what I want to know is doesn't this company consider new people here? This company is only going to make money from people who have been in New York for a long time? Or does the company think it's famous and so arrogant that everyone should know its rules? I don’t understand. Then I asked for their complaint number, but the company didn't have a complaint number at all. So who's going to fix the company's security? I have recorded the phone call. If the problem is not solved, I will call Better Business Bureau to talk about it.
