We were having a very difficult electrical issue with our Heli forklift. Joe Neumann (Tech Manager) was extremely knowledgeable and courteous to deal with. He offered all the guidance necessary, and helped with difficult to obtain wiring diagrams. Also he was very prompt, and clearly understood the importance of this machine to my business. Charged 750 for a forklift service call which did not correct the problem, charged our credit card with out providing a quote, estimate or invoice. They are completely impossible to get in touch with via phone or E-Mail. Terrible company, stay away!!!
