Don't use this store. I purchased a couch and today is my delivery day. They have not called to schedule a time. They don't answer the phone at this location so I called their corporate office just for them to tell me they can't reach anyone at the Foley location. They asked if I had recieved a call yesterday to give me a delivery window and I told them no that's why I'm trying to reach someone. After the Hurricane and I still need bedroom furniture and I won't be using this store. I value my time, they should also.

I just moved to Foley the weekend before Hurricane Sally hit. My friend and I were greeted by Tiffany Tuesday afternoon, 9/15, as we entered the store. I was looking for furniture, as well as a washer and dryer. My highest priority was a washer and dryer. Everyone was out, but they would sell off the floor. Well, Sally hit with a vengeance, and I couldn't get back nor were they open until Monday, 9/21. I called early to find out if they were open and if the washer and dryer was still available. Tiffany confirmed they were still there. I said, \we're on our way\!!! We went to the store, paid for them, and Tiffany worked her southern hospitality magic, and I had my washer and dryer by late afternoon. I was thrilled. Tiffany is a gem!!! Please ask for her when you shop at Badcock's!!!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I always enjoy shopping there. My sister and I love our adjustable beds. My sister says she loves hers too much because she always wants to be in the bed watching TV. I bought a DR table and chairs about a year ago and now I needed a larger table so I just bought a larger DR table there today. Also, their delivery people are super nice and helpful at putting everything together for us. I also love it when I go there and see my friends from my Church doing their shopping there. I highly recommend this store in Foley, Alabama.
