Our first boarding experience with our new pet was exceptional. He came back to us clean , seemed not to want to leave. His suite was very clean. The staff was awesome.

I took my 13 year old cat , Garfield and my 10 year old dog, Bear to be boarded for the first time. They loved it!!! They were in the same room together and that was great!!! Definitely recommend Coastal Pet Resort!!!!

Moved here in August and I needed a groomer for my 14 year old dog. He is about 10 lbs Left him on a Saturday @8:00 and picked him up @10:30. Great FAST service. Great JOB We will be back next time Merry Christmas

I brought my shitzhu to this groomer and was very disappointed. My sweet girl shook for two days! She's 4yrs old and something like this has NEVER happened, somehow she had to be traumatized by the grooming experience at this establishment. Never again!!

We chose this facility from two choices that are local. My 6 year old Pomeranian has thick, long hair. Or shall I say HAD thick long hair. She gets very overheated so we needed to get her hair clipped as warmer weather is coming. The very first picture is how we got her back from the last groomer. Noting she still has a Pomeranian look. The rest of the photos are how we got her back today. It’s not about the length, but the cut. Her ears are huge and usually hidden in her mane that is now brushed off the floor. It will grow back. Her chest was clipped close with ONE SWIPE. The back of her neck looks like they put a bowl on her head and zipped with the straight part of the razor. This cost 40 without a tip that we typically give. I will never return to this facility. Dog groomers are not dog clippers. They should know the breeds and how they look naturally before they CLIP all the hair, parts closer, parts longer, away to the wastebasket. It should flow smoothly, not seeing skin and missed areas.
