The people were nice and respectful when I spoke with them. However we received an inferior machine compared to the one we ordered. We also paid much more than they quoted us at. Beware of only being charged for Friday if you have it over the weekend, they charge by hours(would have been nice to know to set my expectations).

I was fortunate enough to find this place. This machine a 2001 315Bl will be ready for hire as soon as I get the parts I purchased from Foley installed. I do not usually hand out compliments but there is a call for it here. Back story is I am a construction guy not a full time excavating contractor. My point is I got the same level of excellent customer service as if I was. Steve in parts worked diligently to find me the some not so easy to find parts and George in will call/ parts pick up stayed focused and figured out the mess I got us into by not wanting all the parts I paid for. Even with the 4th of July holiday in between they are on their game. It is almost strange to me to have such a great experience. The owner should duke them before some head hunter snatches them up for employment elsewhere. Thank you all very much!

We bought a 35 cat minni from Foley Equiptment. It was a fast smooth transaction. We got our mini with in 2 weeks time. They were very professional, and gave attention to detail. Will buy from them again.

Rented a track loader last year and had an issue during the rental period with the cabin door loosing a hinge bolt. Phoned the rental dealer and they sent out a technician with a bolt and 2 washers to fix it. Returned the equipment next day on Monday morning and was informed the bill wasn't ready but would be sent to me that week. I had to call the office several times before they emailed me the final rental amount. A month later i received my credit card statement only to find an additional charge of 900 from Foley for repairs! phone the office again, was pushed around and told to leave message after message and nothing, went back to the rental location to get more info, but they weren't able to find anything! Eventually they send me an invoice with no details, no item numbers, product descriptions, time spent working on vehicle just a total! Tried again to call the office to argue but at this point but no one cared. The customer service was horrendous, unprofessional and priced gauged me for 900 for a bolt and 2 washers. Be very careful with the rental department, and don't, for goodness sake have any problems, it might cost you hundreds maybe thousands.

They are too bed service , they hold my truck like few week, and they say they not have time next few days, because my truck in warranty they dont like work on it , don’t got your semi fix this place
