Extremely rude employees. Employees wearing masks were hit and miss. Husband's occupation was insulted when he offered help with something they were having an issue with. We were completely ignored at the counter when we tried to purchase a lane to bowl at. Edited to reply: Your reply has nothing to do with my review and our experience. We visited April 3rd, not Easter day, everyone should have time with their families. Now, about the masks. I work a full-time customer facing job myself, in an often hot building. I have been fully vaccinated. I still wear my mask at all times to protect my customers. I do not take "breathers" for the sake of their health, safety, and peace of mind I keep my mask on.

We really like the laser tag here. That was our entire purpose for coming, and we were not disappointed! The laser tag room was big and even had a second floor. I hope we come again.

Fun, the food was tasty but took about an hour it to be made and served. Bowling was very fun, the lanes weren't bad and VIP lanes looked super cool. The arcade didnt have the best games I've seen but they were fun nonetheless. I wasn't able to do the Laser Tag but I've heard that it's good but slightly unsupervised. I give a 4/5 for being fun, enjoyable, and and a good time but with the long wait of food and the amount of sort of broken games and some rigged to doll out almost no tickets for higher scores than others I'll keep one star.

Casual Preparedness

Well, I love to give good reviews but sadly this one is not one of those. So, I ordered at 12oz Ribeye with broccoli and a baked potato and of course ordered a sweet tea when I arrived at 6pm. It’s now 7:40 and I have only been offered two glasses of sweet tea and the food still hasn’t arrived. There’s five tables and ours makes six leaving eight booths and twelve tables are empty. I guess they are butchering the cow. Hopefully, we get to eat before we lose our bowling lanes reservations.

Worse meal I have had in a long time. I ordered a rare rib eye steak and after about a 30 minute wait it came out like shoe leather. True the place was packed so I understood the wait but the steak was inedible. I called waitress over and asked that I get another steak she wasn't happy but took it back. I was with a party of 6 and 2 children. As I waited and nibbled at the salad everyone else ate. They all finished eating still no steak. About 40 minutes later the steak appears. It was better but I didn't want it by that time. I asked to see the manager she came over with an attitude and said what's the problem I told her expecting an adjustment on the bill. She said no. It took so long because steak had to be defrosted. I left being very upset and paying full price for a steak I did not eat. Won't be going back there to eat thats for sure. Oh yeah I am a local and eat out most weekends. This should have been handled a whole lot better.

I only give this place a 3 star because of the rude employees, lack of good service and high prices. The restuarant has good food but the prices are pretty steep, however my children did have a blast. I would have given a 4 or 5 star review if not for the poor/rude service because along with the arcade they have a pretty cool virtual reality setup which was a lot of fun and an area for laser tag. The laser tag is fairly priced and a lot fun.

It's not common, at least in my lifetime, to find a bowling alley that also has amazing food, a great arcade and laser tag. Laser Tag was better than most. The kids loved the arcade and the food was actually really good. Great family time outing.
