Was hired to install new doorbell. Owner came out said it was a short between chime and doorbell. Two weeks later another two electricians came installed a transformer without fixing short. Called them, two came back and said they'd talk to the owners on price. Called 3 times before owner came back. Owner suggested installing a wireless bell to connect to new chime. Indicated they would research and get back to me. Two weeks later still have not heard back. They started job July 3rd and still are not done a month and half later
Foltz and Son are probably the least professional and worst business people I have ever been associated with. They make up stories and excuses on a regular basis. Not sure if they lie on purpose or if it's part of their business routine. I operate a business with several locations for 40 years and in that 40 year time frame this company would be the absolute worst of the bunch. I'm very understanding when issues arise but they have never followed through. If I operated my business in this manner we would be out of business. I would highly recommend finding another company if you are looking for electrical service!!!
Make sure you do your research before hiring this company. Very unethical and dishonest. Has a problem wth bad reviews..has his attorney send out Cease & Desist letters to clients that tell the truth.
We paid them a lot of and still can't manage to come out to finish the job. No call no show week after week. Nice enough guys just lack of dependability and follow through or communication. Save yourself the headache and find some one else.
