I stopped here today to pick up three loads of topsoil for my employer \Forward Contractors\, for a job we are doing in Fond du Lac. As I got out of my truck and approached the very friendly employees inside for assistance as I've never been here, they were no less than very helpful, and very nice, welcoming people! Every time I came back today, I was greeted with a smile and \thanked\ every time for the business and that's how a great, small business makes the difference! I definitely will recommend this place two other contractors working in the area needing stone or aggregate supplies for the best service around! Not to mention they keep their screened topsoil covered in a garage so if you are an outdoor worker you can appreciate picking up a dry load rather than a wet box of mud! Keep up the great customer service and hard work Rademann Stone! And thank you for a great experience today! :)

The sales personnel were friendly and helpful, good experience there. The guy loading my product on the other hand was a complete jerk, didn't load it right the first time and when I tried to get his attention he just drove away, THREE TIMES! That's completely unacceptable in a customer service position. When I finally did get his attention, he wouldn't use any words to communicate with me, so it was hard to convey what needed to happen. Overall, because of that guy, I probably won't be going back anytime soon.
