Went to a Veterans fundraising event on the 4th of July. Obstacle course workout is really fun. Muscles you don't think you have are sore!

I went here for about a year before moving away. I enjoyed myself everytime I stoped in for a workout. The workouts were always different and not boring. Despite my own laziness I left Wisconsin in the best shape of life do to this gym.
