I called this morning to request a delivery for today instead of tomorrow because it is my only off day this week. The lady I talked to here in Fontana location was so polite. Since I am just 3 miles away from SAIA I want to pick it up today instead. That is why I tried to call. I totally understand that there are procedures, so I will just wait until tomorrow. I loved giving tips/treats to show appreciation for the service. If anyone is reading reviews right now who have bad experience with the service, sometimes things happened. Be understanding because they are dealing with many customers, clients, packages, deliveries, -not only to you or me. Appreciates their hardwork. If you received your package, give atleast tips/treats to delivery guys. Learn to appreciate.

From an outside carriers perspective this particular Saia terminal is great. We arrive every Monday, drop our trailer and pick up a loaded one. It's easy to get to as it's just over 1 mile off the highway. It's a secured yard to reduce the potential of shady people walking away with your shipments. Friendly dock guys and friendly office staff.

Horrible horrible place. Today I waited from 9:00 in the morning all the way till 8:00 p.m. when I had a schedule delivery I called them over 30 times each to the driver each to the facility nothing and then the package was returned to Fontana California I waited in the sculpturing hot 110゚ from 8:00 in the morning till 8:00 p.m. like it indicated this is the worst experience ever I took pictures I have video evidence everything documented the worst experience in my entire life and I will fight this to the fullest

Worst services and customer service. Reply to business reply: It took almost a month for my package to get to me. After finally getting in contact with someone from your company to assist in getting this scheduled, they never came or called. The second time, they still didn't come. Turns out they forwarded my package to another carrier without me knowing. This other carrier who works with SAIA delivered my package and set it it the worst spot in the middle of my driveway. Also, in regards to customer service, every conversation I had with the representatives they corrected me on how to say \SAIA\ and never gave me information about where the heck my product was.

An item was being shipped from the Midwest to Southern Calif when I tracked the item to local SAIA station, I called to arrange a delivery date and time to my location. The SAIA rep provided and confirmed the date and time. The next day I waited and waited and called to find out was the item still being delivered. Once again I received confirmation with several more provided times one being as late as 10 pm which sounded crazy to me. Then at 6 pm, I received an update that the delivery was not going to happen. I called first thing the next day and once again was provided time but the entire day came and went after promises of the item being on the way to my location. Another day wasted with absolutely no reason provided since this was now day 3 which happened to be a Friday I decided to locate the SAIA station and pick it up myself. That's another story which I will not go into details. The bottom line is if you have something that's important and would like to receive in a timely manner stick with FedEx or UPS save yourself the headaches and frustration. I didn't select SAIA for shipping as this was done entirely by the sender. I had to inform the shipper not to use SAIA the delays and wasted time waiting around is not worth it.
