Thanks for turning off my power for two days now and doing absolutely nothing about comping me for food that’s gone bad, not having any updates online, not comping me on my bill. Red flag warning ENDED 12 hours ago and I STILL HAVE NO POWER.

I set up autopay on my account that supposed to go into affect once my roommate cancels his policy. Instead they set up my information on his account so I was charged his bill in full. I call so they can explain how this could happen and admit to their error. They didn’t reimburse me my 150 and they say he’s the one that has to call and cancel the autopay. I never authorized my information to be linked with his account. It’s like the people who work here are incompetent. So I had to cancel my checking account and open a new one to avoid charges in the future.
I am unable to get anyone to correctly activate or explain auto-pay. I am persistently charged late fees for this. I'm told not to pay on the internet because it breaks autopay. I'm told over the phone I'm enrolled and that I can't pay over the phone.
Never pick up the phone.
