Just had Lucas from FSE out to give me a quote on fixing my cafe's big fridge. He went above and beyond! Kept me informed as to the problem with the fridge, the pros, cons, and costs of various repair options, was very polite, not condescending; and did not cause any interference in business. He got our fridge fixed same day, and for less than anticipated--certainly a lot less than buying a new fridge! I know who I'll be calling next time I have any equipment repair needs!

I’ve always had a good experience while doing business with this company. They are helpful when it comes to buying equipment and have repaired my ice machines, walk-in, freezers, etc. the part I like is they fix them right and don’t have to keep coming back over and over like other companies I’ve used in the past.
