Every time I try to call this store the phone just rings. No one ever answers. Have been calling for 23 min and no one answers. It’s now 12:07 on they opened at 11am. Still no answer. Called the Carlsbad store to ask is the Escondido store was open due to the virus. Even the Carlsbad store said that Escondido store doesn’t answer for some reason. That’s horrible customer service especially right now with everything going on. What a sad way to run a store.

I got here at 6:45pm on a Saturday after work, and they tell me there closed when on there web site it does not clothes tell 7:00pm, if it was me I would be trying to get all the business I could right now.
