My experience was AMAZING thanks to the Manger MIKE! My brother wanted shoes for his birthday and I wanted to surprise him with some nice shoes. Now I’m far from up to date with shoes so when went to Footlocker I didn’t know what I was suppose to get for my brother. I walk into Footlocker immediately I felt WELCOMED by the greeting so welcomed I ended up leaving with 4 pair of shoes 2 for me, 1 for my daughter and my brother shoes. Thanks Mike for your EXCELLENT customer service. I’ll will definitely be coming back!

Terry is the only reason I make the drive out here to cop all my kicks and gear from his store. Kennedy is super nice and always has the heat in my 9.5! Very well run store, and friendly, knowledgeable associates.

I went to this location about exchanging my shoes for a bigger size and they didn't have it in the store but prepared me for a 5-7 day shipment. I was a little sad because I wanted them for a trip but was cool with it. That same day I went to the store, I received a shipment notification and today I got my shoes! Thank you Angel and to his awesome manager for the great customer service; I appreciate you both for going above and beyond.

Went there to buy a jacket and when I got home I noticed they didn't take the security tag off. So know I have a to drive from the galleria back to baybrook. No good .

Got some super cute Adidas for my little one with holographic stripes for a good price and I got a good pair of blue air Force ones for myself that were pretty sweet too for a very good price
