Never had a worst a shopping experience in my life. I went in to buy two pairs of shoes, for my Birthday! No employee acknowledged my presence at all. I walked around the small selection for about 15 mins before I went to the counter to ask for help. The young lady then ask what shoe and what size I wanted. I went back to the wall the get the sample shoe showed it to her and she disappeared to the back, 15 minutes later no shoes!! The other employee who was there just hovered around my area pretending to fold the same T-shirts 50 times! No hello, no may I help you just sneaky under-eyed peeks in my direction. With all the options for footwear I will never set foot in another footlocker!

Didn't have any shoes in a size 12 and was very limited on what they did have

Larry is a great employee. I wanted to coordinate shoes with an outfit and I wasn’t sure if the shoes matched. Larry helped and made me feel like I wasn’t bothering him or wasting his time. Definitely will be back for more shoes.

Store Manager, Renee is rude and disrespects her customers. She brings out the wrong sizes and her customer service is horrible. How is she still a manager??? It’s disappointing that she still employed with this company. She’s very combative and lack of respect for her customers. She lacks knowledge of the store products, unable to measure shoes properly, and doesn’t believe in customer care. She shouldn’t work with the general public or be a manager. How can you lead a group of people? If you not practicing the principles that were given to you to be a leader. It’s a shame because this generation of customer service is going down. And now most of the stores are going e-commerce. FYI the store manager of Lakeside is really nice and she can learn a lot about customer service from that team. *Stick to what you know*

They didnt even want to get me another size after the size i wanted did not fit. I was also the only in the store. This was literally the worst service of my life, you had 1 job... I would never spend my money at this foot locker. Ever.
