They have a good selection of shoes and they are not as high as any other store but they are real. Even shoes that are hard to find they have them. New favorite shoe store

I was able to get a my favorite pair of shoes their when everyone else was sold out i love the store and Jasmine was terrific!! All employees were nice i will definitely shop there again.
Bought a pr. of J's not the bedt price. The chip reader was off-line so, I had to go to ATM & pay fees to get cash to make purchase (had a flight to catch) for, my trip. The cashier was a younger man who was very nice with customer service.
I went here to get my son a pair of shoes in the first pair ripped in a matter of 3 days then went back and had to deal with the hassle of trying to exchange shoes that I spent good money on and we're finally able to exchange for different shoe but then the air bubble popped on that one so I will not be purchasing from that store anymore
The Manager of this store treats his fellow employees disrespectful. If I am shopping I don't want to see a Manger belittling. I did not make a purchase because he was trying to take credit for the sale. This Manager needs more training and I wouldn't be surprised if this store lacks in sales.
If this is the Footaction and Serramonte Mall de rock sales people are really cool the managers are cool hands down there like the the best staff that you want to deal with prices is always cool and they usually have really the stuff that you want a lot
Went in to buy a pair of air max 97. Salesperson kept grabbing different shoes that weren't boxed. I looked and noticed the 175 shoes were dirty. His response was "oh I didn't notice"... Never again will I shop at the shady a*s store.
