Don’t mind the username, I made this 15 years ago. I have a car financed through them (needed a co signer) the car is JUNK. I tried to trade it in at car max (with car max offering to pay the car in full) and Thrift had told me they couldn’t do it. Fine, whatever. fast forward, I got that car from Car max without trading it in. The pay off balance seems to keep rising??? Weird. They said if they repossess my car they will repossess my brothers car as well... bought it from the same place. The car I am no longer driving I would surrender. My little brothers car he still pays for his etc. uses it every day. They’re rude, difficult and the absolute WORST bank I’ve ever dealt with. 10/10 DO NOT recommend this place.

There was a man on the phone today who was using all kinds of profanity towards my husband, about a car payment. It was so bad that I recorded the conversation. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Never have we experienced anything like this. My prayers are with everyone that has to deal with this company. Believe it or not, my prayers are with the people of this company as well. God Bless you all!!

*By far the worst customer service* I have ever encountered with, David the Vice President is one of the worst allows the other employees to speak disrespectful to customers on top of everything Defines them, with everything that is going on you would think they would have some type of compassion with customers. I had issues before with this staff once a guy hunged up on me and was yelling at me as if I was his child he has a Indian accent so much for being professional!!! These things because they can’t be called people. It’s like they don’t have respect for no one not even their mothers if they even have one... I am so disgusted with this service... If you are looking for a financing company don’t fall into this one unless you want to live a nightmare.... instead of a star I wish I could give a zero because that’s what this whole staff deserves....

This was the worst financial loan agency around I called about my title that I never received this man on the phone that called his self the Vice President was so childish and rude I will never deal with them again..
