Chris is very professional and very thorough. I have always had problems with my boiler, so when I didn't have water at all I called him to take a look. It turned out that after carefully going through everything he figured out that my well pump died. He knew someone that could help me with that and called them. Now that's service!!! :) After that was fixed he came back because I had no hot water pressure. The coil in the boiler needed replacing. He replaced it and everything is working great!! Chris is honest, trustworthy, friendly and always on time. If he says he will be there in 10 mins, be ready to open the door because he'll be right there! Now that's awesome service. I would definitely use Forest Air Heating & Cooling again and I would recommend him to a friend. Thank you Chris!_

I highly recommend this company. I originally contacted Forest air to service my AC units. Chris was very pleasant and took the time to explain my system to me. He was upfront with all cost and never try to sell me anything. He gained my full trust. I now use Forest for all my heating and cooling service and repairs. They quickly return all calls. Services and repairs are properly completed (very refreshing).
We had an issue with our central air that another well-known contractor told us could not be repaired and needed a completely new install. Chris came in, assessed the problem quickly, gave us a repair price that was significantly less than the other quote, and then did the work quickly and professionally. The system continues to function beautifully. Chris didn't just do really good work - he gave us a real price, options, and kept us from getting ripped off. Don't use anyone else for HVAC.
Professional work at a great price. They explained everything every step of the way and installed the duct fixtures without damaging anything. Could not be happier with the services provided. Highly recommended.

It's not very often that you find a company or contractor that is honest, reliable AND does quality work at a fair price. Forest Air is all that and more. I first met Chris about a month ago when I contacted him about an estimate to replace my 62 year old boiler. (I got three in total) I was pretty sure I was going to go with Forest Air but was hoping to get through the holidays first... Wishful thinking. I woke up Friday, December 4th, the house was 50 degrees. The boiler had shut-off and wouldn't stay on even after resetting the burner. I called Chris at Forest Air, he came right over, serviced the burner and got it going again. Monday, the 7th I woke up to 50 degrees again. Called Chris, told him I like him to put me on his schedule to replace the boiler. I borrowed a few space heaters from a friend to heat the house until he could put me on his schedule. He called me later that day and to my delight, he said he made a few calls, switched a few non emergency things around, ordered the boiler and I was back up and running with a new boiler by mid-day Friday the 11th. It would have been sooner, but he had to wait for the boiler to be delivered. Even though it was awful having my boiler die in the middle of winter, the end result, meeting Chris and having him do the work for me was an awesome experience. I now have a new HVAC guy! When I'm ready, I will be calling Chris to install central air conditioning.
My husband and I am from NYC, and we have a house in upstate NY, which means that we are not aware about many things in upstate houses. I had requested Chris, who works for Forest Air, to take a look on our Heater system because we had an issue on it, and he promptly came, and solved our problem. He charged a fair price. Another day we had a problem with our A/C system, and he promptly came to our property on time, and the day after our call, and the most important: during the weekend. Again, he brightly solved our problem. Anytime I need A/C or Home Heater assistance, I'll call Forest Air for sure because of their commitment with the business, professionalism, and also a prompt response.
