We walked in with a chair which needed the wood support of the seat to be fixed, re-upholstered and the back to be tightened to the seat. Freddie said it would be done by yesterday. We go to pick up the chair and the back is not tightened/glued at all, as promised. And the seat itself was not neatly re-upholstered, very shoddy work. The wood part of the chair has scratches which were non-existent when we left it with them.
