I made an appointment with Sam earlier in the week on the phone, for my daughter to come in to try sweet 26 dresses. She was great from the start. She helped us find the perfect shoes and tiara to go with the dress. Would highly recommend her and the store.

We purchased a beautiful prom dress in January 2020. Due to the pandemic, we didn't pick up our dress until mid April. When we came home, we discovered the dress was NOT the same dress as the one we had originally purchased in the store. We reached out to Paz and she confirmed with the designer that he ran out of the original fabric. Paz asked for our patience and promised to get back to us on 5/29/20. Unfortunately, she never got back to us. I've tried to contact her but have received no reply. The right thing to do in this situation is to refund us the money since the dress is NOT what we had ordered. However, Paz chooses to ignore us. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed and aggravated at this whole situation.
This place have beautiful dresses, but they are way too pushy, the first dress you pick and want to try one, they already start pushing you to buy and they don't stop. It's not a nice experience when you still looking for a dress and the sale team is pushing so hard to a point that it's annoying. They don't let you make up your own mind, they keep telling you that is the last dress or they don't make that dress anymore. They should chill a little and let people shop with a peace of mind and not shop with the sales person pushing you to buy any dress you fit on. I was here 3 years ago, I ended up not buying because they just way too pushy to a point of it being annoy and came back again yersterday and they still the same. My last time I will ever consider going in there.
I love this place, I got my prom dress here. The staff was helpful and ordered the dress I loved in my size when they didn't have it in store. It got there fast and they gave me a discount on the dress too. Will definitely go back if I need another beautiful dress.
