I was super surprised, but pleased they showed up early, unfortunately, it took over 3 hours to get 2 panes of glass replaced. I am in a townhome and purchased it new, so the building has settled quite a bit and the windows didn't come out as easily as they should have. The job got done and everything looks good. I will likely use them again, if needed, but they need to be a bit more prepared for these types of situations. Everyone I worked with was very kind and friendly and REALLY happy to help out a small business!!
