I am absolutely shocked at how poor the customer service was that I just received from Karl. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. I provided all of my documents via their portal. I then, received a call from an office Admin letting me know that my taxes are done. I asked to speak to Karl to ask a man for few questions, being the ONLY direct interaction throughout the process. He said that “he didn’t have time for this” and “that I called him at a bad time.” In fact, they called me two times in 10 minutes out of the blue on a Sunday, where it was me trying you accommodate their time. Karl hung up on me after a short 3 minute phone call and said the was sending my stuff back. Karl is incredibly unprofessional and does not deserve your business. I asked for a total of 5 mints of his direct time and he made that seem unreasonable.

My husband and I have used Kerry at VerBout for our taxes the last two years and she was incredible to work with. I just had an appointment for my own small business, had to bring my two small kids, and she was the best.
